General Info

I am a licensed mental health counselor in Naples, FL. With my masters degree in health psychology and additional graduate training in counseling, I believe that mental health and physical health go hand in hand, and I want to help you optimize both. I’m skilled at helping individuals with a variety of challenges, although some of my areas of focus include the treatment of eating disorders, weight challenges, body dysmorphic disorder and body image dissatisfaction. I pull from my diverse educational and experience background to best meet the needs of each individual I work with. Your path to wellness may include eliminating some of the sources of your stress, developing healthy coping strategies, or shifting thinking patterns and lifestyle. I enjoy weaving cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavior and acceptance and commitment therapy approaches into therapeutic work, while approaching each interaction in therapy with the awareness that you are the expert on yourself and your experience, and I trust in your innate wisdom. Together we can find a path forward that will lead you to your goals.
