Jose M Baez, MD,FACP is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine. He is a graduate of the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City, as well as a Fellow of The American College of Physicians. As an internist with over 30 years' experience, Dr. Baez treats adult medical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia while focusing on preventative services. His private practice is centrally located in North Naples. The office is accepting new patients and it accepts most insurances.
