Scott Moessner was very professional and courteous during our visit. I called in the morning and he got my car in that afternoon which was a relief since the engine light had come on and we were heading back north. They fixed the car in a timely manner and we were on our way. The people at Germain Lincoln, along with Scott, are very polite and go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable while waiting.
