I went to 3 other computer places including one of those Big Box stores that advertises all the time. All I ever got was the run around about what a piece of junk my PC was. I started believing it until I went to Computer Help USA. As it turned out, all I needed was a $30.00 part and a little labor and now my Dell PC is as good as new again. Save yourself the trouble. Call these guys first. They're nice and they know what they're doing!
