Why did I not come here sooner!! Lived in Naperville my whole life and never really had a salon that I loved. I got a gift card to Zazu, went there, loved it. The look of the place was super cool and the staff was amazing, they really went out of their way to make me feel good. I made an appointment for just a haircut. They put me with Heather who did a great job and was such a sweetheart and after I was approached by the manager for a complementary spa service, which I took him up on and got an eyebrow wax from Jen. She was fabulous!! I already booked my next appointment . Zazu is the perfect cure for a stressful day!!

The first time, I was assigned a person who was not experienced in what I wanted...even though I was very specific about what my needs were. It was a disaster and took another trip to fix the mistakes. The next time, they changed my stylist without telling me. When I questioned why, I was told that there was a schedule conflict. I was not contacted, I found out at the time of my service. That was it....again another inexperienced stylist. I wll not give them another chance.
