Kristen Federlein is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), as well as a National Certified Counselor (NCC), Board Certified TeleMental Health Therapist and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from North Central College, and a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University. She has experience in working with adolescents and adults in individual, family and group therapy setting.Her approach is empathic, nonjudgm
