UT/ finish trim shall be installed to lock last cut piece of siding in place under windows, soffits. UT missing front porch and 2’ ft sidewall above front porch.

2. Install missing z-flash over trim at the top of front door.

3. Properly separate vertically stacked siding end laps per manufacturers specs right side elevation 2 places. End laps shall be separated vertically by 3 full panels.

4. J Channels shall be caulked to the exterior trim around window above front porch.5. Install J-Block trim piece and coach light front porch. Exposed electric wires in 1900 box.
