I called your service dept this morning asking how to replace the batteries on the remotes, John answered the phone and said if I came in he'd replace the batteries and give me a free interior/exterior car wash, due to the fact that I had to drive 15 miles. Not only did they replace batteries, but they also helped me with some electrical issues I was having as well and charged me next to nothing. I decided to have the dealership detail my car and I expected to sit and wait all day, but they gave me a brand new loaded CX-9 to drive that was loaded including an IPASS! If that wasn't enough, they even negotiated with the body repair guy so I was able to get a ding fixed for half of what it would have cost had I gone to the body shop on my own. I typically shy away from dealerships for fear of being overcharged however I would highly recommend Continental Mazda to everyone, they really went out of their way to help me and I felt like they really cared. Hard to find these days!

I bought a new Mazda 3 at Continental Mazda on Black Friday. Tony Garcia was my salesman. I had a wonderful experience at Continental and Tony was great. Tony was polite and informative and made my first experience of buying a new car a great one. I would highly recommend going to this dealership. I actually went to a different Mazda dealership before this one and came to this one because I was dissatisfied with the other dealership. Here I was treated with respect.
Customer Service. Quality. Good Price. Speed. Hugs the Road. I love my new 5-speed gun metal blue Mazda3 with a sunroof. Naseem Hague, sales person in Naperville's Continental Mazda was down to earth, answered questions as he walked us through the process of buying a new car. (even though I ended up getting exactly what I wanted in a used car with 400 miles only!) Mazda3 is sporty, has room to hold 'stuff' in the trunk. Good sound system. Syrius radio available. Everything you want in car. Recommend checking them out. (not Downers Grove Mazda but go to Naperville).

I had the check engine light come on in my Mazda speed 6 and the guys at Continental Mazda of Naperville took great care of me and my car. Dennis and Jeremy not only were very easy to communicate with about what my car needed as far as repairs, but went out of their way to make sure my third party warranty would cover the bulk of the costs. I would not take my car anywhere else because having people you can trust is invaluable. If you have a mazda that needs repairs or need a mazda look no further than Continental Mazda of Naperville.
