Great Dr's and nurse practioner's but a horribly rude nurse named Lori. Twice I was called by her about upcoming appointments and grilled in a very rude way about my children's previous vaccinations and treated extemely punitively for rescheduling appointments due to not wanting to bring in a sick toddler. Lori needs some sensitivity training, she's awful! Love the dr's and practioner's but will be going somewhere else to avoid the nastiness from support staff. Only giving one star because the rudeness is just that bad!
