Meadowbrook Manor is a family-owned and operated nursing care and rehabilitation center. It offers skilled nursing care and in-house dialysis, as well as a rehabilitation program that includes hands-on care, education and counseling by various therapists. The center, through its therapy unit, offers treatment for fractures, joint replacement, arthritis, osteoporosis, stroke, Parkinson s disease, and wounds and injuries.
