bought carpeting, took longer than quoted, even after pre install guy came out, the installers said they did not have orders to do the job correctly ordered front door, delivery was a nightmare. no one would take responsibility. The door hole and the frame hole did not match, door delivered as wrong size missing inserts that they show on diagram would be installed door 3 inches short of proper width I thought home depot was god awful, but now a new leader in getting every order wrong and no responsibility
