My parents have been buying from Continental since I was a child. So I wasn't too concerned when I bought my first Acura from them. I had to go back and get a new one after being rear-ended and my Tl being totaled. Worked with Greg Pew for the second time. I knew right away I wanted another Acura and from the same place/person. Great service, easy to work with. Greg took the time to show me all my options, drive on the test track, he even worked hard to get me the car I wanted since it wasn't in stock. Highly recommended. I've never been disappointed!
Not only does Continental Acura have a great selection of used and new cars but most importantly they have a great team that stands behind their vehicles. Our salesman, Tony Garcia, was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the perfect car (2011 Acura MDX) at the perfect price. We were upside down with our trade in and both Tony and his sales manager, Sam, stayed several hours after closing to help make it possible for us to drive away happy in our new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the customer service I received. Tony is professional and easy to talk to. He is there to answer all of your questions even after you drive away with your new car! He actually makes the car buying process enjoyable and easy!
The entire experience was great. Greg Pew and Sharon were great to deal with and Sharon went out her way to get a few things we needed. Greg made our purchase of our 2012 TSX a relaxing and took his time going over the features. He also got our cell phone linked to the bluetooth as well as setting up other featues set up. There was no preasue or hype just good customer service. We love out TSX and it is everything Greg said it was. Hank and Joy

My husband purchased an MDX from Continental Acura in 2009. When it was time for me to finally retire my Lexus, he wanted me to consider an Acura. I am in the military and was stationed 1,000 miles from Continental acura and therefore had not seen the vehicle prior to purchasing it. Eddie was extremely helpful and professional in assisting me with purchasing my vehicle. I had purchased the vehicle on ebay, which was my first time ever doing so. The services and expertise which Eddie provided made the process seamless and painless from the time I decided to purchase the vehicle to the time the vehicle arrived at my house. I would highly recommend Continental Acura and using Eddie for purchasing your next Acura be it used or new.
Bought a car here in 2004 and the sales and service have been great. Came back last week and met Tom Trulis who helped us buy another vehicle that same day. Just bought a new MDX from Kirk Roberts at Continental Acura. Best buying experience I've ever had from start to finish. Even the loan paper work was quick and efficient. Traded in my old MDX with almost 175,000 miles on it because their service department kept me up and running! Those guys are the best technicians around. I think they like servicing the new MDX as much as I like driving it.
We have found Continental Acura to be superior when it comes to their service department. Appointments are made when it's convenient for us, each step of the process we're informed of what is going on - no matter who you deal with everyone seems to know what is happening with our vehicle.
