The friendless and the best manager ever!!! Al, the maintenance engineer is always available to help in case of need. I couldn't ask for more! It's always kept clean and the community room is beautiful with the large windows looking on the large back lawn, which backs up to the Naperville Country Club. The tenentes on that side have seen dear and coyotes. Each year there are plenty of improvments, from new kitchen and bathroom tile floor, new kitchen cabinets, new vanities in the bathroom. This year we have already gotten new closet doors for the three closets and there is talk of new blinds for the new windows and maybe even a new refrigerator! I feel so blessed. There are always tenentes sitting in the community room, which is decorated for all the holidays. In the summer, we sit outside on benches and chit, chat. Again, none of this would be so nice if it weren't for our wonderful manager, Gretchen.
