Ann Blair is a full-time Realtor partnering with clients to meet their residential real estate goals. A lifelong Chicagoland resident, with both personal and professional experience in residential resale and new construction, Ann assists home sellers, buyers, rental listings, and renters. To better serve her clients, Ann has continued her real estate education, earning the Seller Representative Specialist Designation (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative Designation (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist Designation (SRES), and Pricing Strategy Advisor Certification (PSA). Ann places her clients best interest first and creates a positive and professional experience for all parties involved in each transaction. Ann is an NIU Alum with a BS in Marketing - Go HUSKIES!! Prior to her real estate career, Ann was Director Quality Audits of Stericycles Expert Solutions Division. She has leveraged her corporate experience, continues to set high standards for herself, and upholds the highest level of quality in her current role. Ann believes that it is important to support to others by helping how she can. She supports our local Childrens Miracle Network Hospital, Anne & Robert Lurie by donating in her clients names to support medical research initiatives and provide life-saving care to local kids.
