Very unprofessional! Sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes to get to the window and hear the employees discussing when they were getting off. They were having personal conversations while the window was open and getting drinks for themselves while standing there and there was a long line in the drive thru. When I got home my order was completely wrong!
I DO NOT EXPECT GREAT SERVICE WHEN I ROLL THRU TACO BELL BUT I DO EXPECT THEM TO UNDERSTAND MY ENGLISH AND BE EFFICIENT IN GETTING ME MY FOOD. THIS TACO BELL STAFF IS EXTREMELY FAST AND THERE ENGLISH IS VERY IMPRESSIVE. THEY CALL ME SIR AND HONEY AFTER THEY ASK ME A QUESTION, THEY ALWAYS SERVE ME HOT FOOD, AND THEY DO IT WITH A SMILE. ITS ALSO THE CLEANEST TACO BELL I HAVE EVER DINED IN.
