Westrock installed my pool 15+ years ago and I've been a customer ever since. The quality of the pool and other products I've purchased from Westrock have always been top notch. Everyone in the store is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. As the staff generally stays the same, it is like family when you go back season, after season. I would recommend Westrock to anyone.

I contracted Westrock to build my inground pool last May 12th. My salesman was Ronnie he sat with me and my wife went over all of our options, he also took us over the construction schedule and cost. He also explained that there were things that could occur in the construction process that are unknown at the time of the sale. He explained what would happen if we hit rock or water when we started digging. He told us Westrock will not make any money on the extra's it would be a straight pass through. As luck would have it we hit water which required extra gravel,concrete some pipe and pump. True to his word Ronnie handed to us the bill from the gravel and concrete company's which we paid direct to the company and a bill for a sump pump Westrock had purchased at Home Depot. As pro ised westrock didn't make anything on the extras. Westrock also completed our pool within two weeks as Ronnie had promised. We would recommend Westrock to anyone looking to build an inground pool.

Had an inground pool installed last spring and we are extremely happy with the results. The pool is beautiful and we are happy with the quality and service we received during the building process. Of course there were some minor construction issues, as there are with any project, but the issues were quickly resolved to our satifaction. We would highly recommend Westrock in Nanuet, NY. We began looking into purchasing an inground pool in December 2011. Andy came to our house, sat down for an hour or so and explained everything to us. We decided to shop around. I immediately realized how pressured I was from every other company but Westrock. Andy never made those annoying phone calls. Andy, Ronnie, Bobby, and the rest of the Westrock staff were all so helpful throughout this new process. They returned our calls and far exceeded our expectations. We started the dig in the winter (unseasonably warm weather) of 2012. That crew was there like clockwork everyday until completion, with the only pauses being due to extreme weather conditions. There were no hidden costs that were sprung upon us. Due to our demanding work schedules, Andy personally delivers and applies our chemicals to the pool for us. This guy is the best!!!!! We love Westrock Pools! We have never had any issues with the chemicals we buy from them as opposed to other stores! Maeve & Deving LOVE the pool!!!!!!

I just purchased a 33 foot above ground pool from Westrock. We've all heard about pool nightmares and the issues often associated with purchases / installations. I must say our experience was great. From the salesman, Ron O, to Andy, the owner, everything went smooth and without issue. They were professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable. Anthony New Jersey

Went to their store to inquire about above ground pools. Unfotunately, there is no friendly customer service to help out. I just wasted my time looking for the place.

8 years ago, West Rock Pools installed an in-ground pool for me and did an amazing job. Even though we ran into some problems with the land where the pool was to be installed, West Rock did everything they could to keep any additional expenses as low as possible. We were so satisfied with their service and the great job they did that 6 of my neighbors also used West Rock to install in ground pools based on our recommendation. Every year since, West Rock Pools has provided us with excellent service in every way. The entire staff goes over and beyond what you would expect in customer service. Andy has continuously been involved in the maintenance and service of our pool. He did not just sell us our pool and move on. He goes out of his way to make sure that we are completely satisfied and get the most use and enjoyment out of our pool season after season. I have and will continue to recommend West Rock Pools.
