Nice lady... BUT communication skills can use improvement in emergency circumstances. Consistency and qualification among staff is poor. Does not adhere to initial agreements over the long-term. Environment may change drastically from one month to the next, without warning. Has a tendency to treat parents as if they are charity cases.
