With the exception of the physio therapists , one inhalation therapist as well as just a couple of nurses & aides. Northern Manor is solidly third rate. Management should value the opinion of some of their staff who actually know how to care for& respect their patients. Can not in good conscience recommend this facility to anyone

I have found the Therapists the best anywhere.That is why we are sending our Uncle there.My Mom also was here twice and found the therapy, food and cleanliness outstanding.We are from Nanuet and find the Staff quite accomodating not to mention friendly and personable.You get exemplary service here.

Went there with my mother who needed a short term rehab. Did not last more than a half hour, the room was filthy stains all over the walls, it smelled like feces throughout the building. What a DISGRACE!!!!!.....

Northern manor is a horrible place. It is dirty. The physical therapists are condescending . The aids are rude and lazy. The social workers are idiots.
