Mama + Me Yoga

• Time: 8:30 - 9:30 am. A fun yoga class that is designed for bonding between mother and child, while connecting to the healing benefits of movement, breath and relaxation. This class is open to a range of mamas, from prenatal - postnatal. Babies and toddles welcome ages 0-3. If you wear your baby in a sling or carrier, you may consider bringing that along as well depending on age.
