Karcher Estates Retirement & Rehabilitation Community, located in Nampa, Idaho, offers a range of services for the elderly. The facility offers more than 50 retirement apartments, over 30 assisted living apartments and nearly 70 beds of skilled nursing. Additionally, it provides rehabilitation services and respite care services. The community also offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Its retirement living package offers home-cooked meals, weekly housekeeping with linen service, planned events and activities, scheduled transportation, and paid utilities except telephone. Its assisted living packages include special diets, individual care plans, assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, personal hygiene and walking, medication management, and health monitoring and exercise programs. The institution also provides 24-hour professional nursing services, wound care management, and post-surgical care. It offers full-time in-house speech, occupational, physical and respiratory therapies.
