I have visited the clinic 3 times in the past 4 years for non-urgent treatment. Each time I found the staff to be very professional and helpful. Dr. West was very knowledgeable and spent time enough to make sure I felt satisfied and comfortable with his diagnosis and treatment. I recommend SMC for non emergency care.

I have been getting my primary care at Seaport for about six years. Seaport seems a little less formal than most doctor offices. They take walk-ins, which I think creates an atmosphere of "community clinic." I go to Seaport because the doctors listen, question, advise, and appreciate a patient who likes to think about the issues. My doctor is straightforward and does not mince words, but we have a lot of rapport. I will continue going to Seaport.

Very unprofessional staff, dressed in sweat pants! Not friendly or sympathetic at all. They also do not have X-Ray machines or prescribe pain medication. This facility is probably capable of handling no more than the common cold.
