I adore this place and these people. Great service and they are always so nice and accommodating. Shelly and her team are the best, they are talented, skilled, and on top of the current trends.
Oh, BTW: the stunning views of Mystic River are a plus!
I had highlights put in my hair and the owner came up to me while another person was working on my hair and said my hair was getting too hot. They rushed me to the sink to wash it out but kept telling me everything was ok. The next day during my shower I had clumps of hair coming out and my hair was breaking every time I ran my fingers through it. I called the salon on the edge of tears and the person I talked to suggested that maybe I had thinning hair but it wasn't their fault. I will never go to this salon again.
Beautiful staff with exceptional services! And the view overlooking the Mystic River makes this salon stand out all on its own. Newly renovated with gorgeous finishes and a homey feel.
Great experience! Beautiful salon overlooking the mystic river, with a trendy boutique below. All the stylists were extremely friendly and accomodating! Paige was my stylist and did a fantastic foil highlight job on my long hair! Overall a very enjoyable experience :) Would reccomend to everyone, I will be going back to Fantasia for my next hair appointment!
As a Master Sylist, Sonja is professional and caring about every aspect of my hair. She explains why she is doing what she does on color and the hair style while being honest to what looks best on me. The atmosphere is beautiful overlooking the Mystic River. The staff was very accommodating as well. If anyone is looking for a fantastic stylist, don't pass on becoming one of Sonja's clients - she rocks!
