This is the worst place for customer service. The customer service reps never answer their phones. I play phone tag with them all day long. I have been with this agency for a year and it's always the same thing. VOICEMAIL and lucky to get a return call just before they close. I'm pulling my business, not that they would care.

I have had nothing but trouble with this insurance agency. They don't call back when you need them, they insured my house for the wrong address, they tend to mix things up and they somehow got my insurance canceled after this years coverage. I called them again on Friday and no one called me back, and it is Wednesday now. I would not recommend them to anyone.
