      The Summertree Village HOA is a non-profit South Carolina Corporation, and is made up of the homeowners of Summertree Village. Their purpose is to maintain the grounds, buildings, pools and parking lot, secure insurance, provide for the utilities and common elements of Summertree Village. Many of the condos are for rent at any time. The HOA maintains a website at SummertreeVillageHOA dot com.
