Patrick was not helpful when we expressed our concerns about our experience. We had to wait on the boat for 30-45 minutes after our people parasailed for someone to come get us. Our boat captain wasvery nice & finally took his parachute down & took us in himself. They kept sending banana boats to the other boat & even dropped off something to our boat then left us there. Some people with us were getting overheated and one felt nauseous & and one thought she may pass out. Definitely not a well run business. Parasailing is fun, but look for another company choice!

Had an AMAZING time at Shoreline water sports, we went parasailing and it was absolutely beautiful. The captains were very professional and i felt completely safe the entire time. Definitely would recommend this place
