Worst treatment I have ever received. The associates were rude, and clearly do not appreciate customer service. I received a ring from their company, the diamond fell out a week after I got it back from resizing. When I voiced my concerns about their quality, they shrugged it off and refused to give me the proper service "guaranteed" in the warranty. As I tried to resolve my issue, another customer came to pick up a ring and they were even ruder to him. If you can avoid this place, I highly recommend it!
