  John graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2006. He returned to Conway that same year and worked with Hearn, Brittain and Martin as an associate attorney specializing in criminal defense and civil litigation. In 2010, John opened his own law practice and concentrated on criminal defense and family law. He and his wife Mary worked as missionaries in Tanzania, Africa from 2018 to 2020. After returning to Conway, John worked with attorney L. Cole Smith, focusing on real estate law and wills, trusts and estates. John joined the Pearce Law Group in October 2022. He and Chris Pearce have been lifelong friends.
