Strictly from an employee's point of view, probably ....no absoLUTEly THE most unpredictable employer in terms of broken agreements, scheduling, and lack of direction you'll ever go on the payroll for. They have a really good gift of gab obviously as it pertains to gaining the HOA/POA members' trust and building the business through accruing contracts for services. You COULD go several months without knowing from one WEEK to the next where you'll be required to work at. Lots of "shadow games" if you don't "fit" their obviously slanted formula of working a six day week for an average of 36hrs/wk (yeah, you DID read that right). As long as you walk lock-step with this formula, you're "in". Any variance from it, and you're "out". The two pros: If you're a self starter, and can exhibit and establish your OWN work regimen, you're left alone from day one to flourish, as in my case. Two: eventually that attention to detail and consistent hard work WILL result in pay increases. So...IF you want to work a 6 day week to barely or in some cases never reach a 40hr/wk AND you are dependable.....It's not bad for what it is. SUPER HEAVY TURNOVER...and there is no honor whatsoever in how they conduct themselves towards you. 5day/wk, 40hrs....I'd still be there. But whatever mathematical formula they have going on to get over on the hours coupled with the cold bloodedness of their administrative practices make them a scary "get" for an employee.

The owner is a con artis . Look him up.

Mike the owner is a great guy. Now Ronnie on the other hand, is a piece of work. He will constantly change your schedule without notifying you, take away days you had already been told you can have off. If it wasn't for Ronnie I would of stayed.
