Horrible Customer Service! The girl Kristen was so nasty I wouldn't even recommend this company! So disgusted I hung up and call 1 hour heating and air! Waste of time!

This company write its own reviews to appear in a good light.Check with Grand Strand BBB they have operated under many different names, I know, I filed a complaint on them!!!

Great service. Came out to my home and repaired one of my heat pumps. Very affordable prices.

I called for service on my air and was scheduled the same day. They gave me an honest appraisal of my situation and advised me that my unit was running fine ,but the coil was dirty and cleaned it for a nominal fee. Another company had been out and told me I needed a new unit! My air has worked fine ever since they cleaned the coil and they me saved me ALOT of $$$$ . They could have tried to sell me something I did not need, but instead were HONEST!! Will definitely call them again!

I am so pleased with the service I received from this company. I have known for quite some time I needed to replace my heating system, but have been putting it off. I called Always Affordable Services after finding out from a co- worker that he has also used them and they did an amazing job. They provided me with 3 different options for my problem and didn't pressure me into buying something I didn't need or want. I received quotes from other companies and they were very expensive and not caring. The care & concern I received from the technicians at Always Affordable was unbelievable. They even helped me with a leaking kitchen faucet, FREE! I had heat the same day, which was great!

I would highly recommend this company to everyone looking to receive great service and reasonable prices! I have used them several times and have been more than pleased every time.
