- Kitchen RemodelingThe scope of work for the interiors included replacement of electrical & plumbing fixtures, new carpet and ceramic tile installation, crown molding installation, select countertops, appliance upgrades, new blinds and door hardware packages and full interior repainting. These same services were performed at the clubhouse interior. AAPCO also added granite countertops, custom wallpapered select areas and rewired the interior and outside of the clubhouse for installation of flat screen TVs.

The results at Campus Place Apartments were outstanding-eliminating the water intrusion issue and achieving a cleaner, much more contemporary look for the buildings.

- FramingPart of this project included demo and reconstruction of the stair structures at the ends of the buildings throughout this property. This included framing the new stairs, some welding and steel repairs to the stair cases and installation of new stucco to the body of these structures.

The scope of work included significant stucco and drywall repairs, retexturing and a full repaint of the property. All of the residential buildings, detached garages, carport structures and multiple amenity buildings were painted. We also repainted a large stucco perimeter wall, PVC perimeter fencing and numerous aluminum fences throughout the property.
- Skylight Repair/ReplacementWhen West Wind Landing in Savannah, Georgia needed large skylights in the breezeways removed from their 34 buildings during their roof replacement project, AAPCO made it look easy. With their experienced and knowledgeable crew, AAPCO also replaced the existing, smaller skylights on the individual units.

- DemolitionIn addition to the stucco at the stairwells, AAPCO did stucco repairs throughout the property. Working with the owner's engineers we performed exploratory demolition. We identified and replaced a significant amount of rotten framing members within the stucco walls and then repaired the damaged stucco.
- FencingFor the pool area upgrade, AAPCO constructed an entertaining area complete with a stainless steel grill and stone enclosure. AAPCO also installed new pavers, constructed a new arbor, and improved the pool lighting and fencing. The end result enhanced the pool area of the property and provided a fun area for occupants to gather and socialize.

- PorchesA large component of this project included full demolition of the existing balcony stacks as well as removal of the mansard-style façade structures on the bodies of the buildings. New ground floor concrete patios were poured prior to the reconstruction of the balconies. The townhome building on the property received similarly constructed porches at the unit entry doors.

- CaulkingThe property also received a full exterior paint system. This included caulking of all voids & terminations and painting of all siding, stucco, trim, doors, rails, etc.
- Residential Pressure WashingKenilworth Commons, a retail center in Charlotte, North Carolina, was suffering from extensive paint peeling on the buildings’ CMU block areas, located at the sides and rear of the buildings. The original reddish-colored paint was also severely faded, mildewed and chalky. To remedy the problem, AAPCO performed an exhaustive prep process in these areas that included pressure washing / bleach treating of the building and the scraping of all peeling areas of the CMU block walls.
