HORRIBLE. DO NOT GO. First, whoever cut my dog's hair was either new or incompetent. My dog was completely traumatized. She came home with a horrible haircut, shaved way too short around the eyes and ears (they cut her ear too) and went and hid the rest of the evening as she could hardly walk due to her eyes being so irritated. I found her in the middle of the night with her eyes dried shut due to the drainage. I had to wash out her eyes (thinking they got hair or chemical in them) only later to find out they nicked her eye. So, $40 for that & over $100 vet bill and Scissor Paws doesn't even know which groomer cut her hair. I would never take my dog there again.
