Good food! Usually pretty good service. Horrible sweet tea but I'm never disappointed in the food decent prices! I pretty much only each appetizers with sushi there and its really great! Yum yum sauce is awesome too!

I have been going here since they opened and have had only a few issues the staff and the language barrier, how rude they are when dealing with an upset customer. I only have a limited lunch time to eat I am 8 months pregnant. The man I spoke with was rude and kept interrupting me. He demanded that I bring him the trash bag that the bad food was in so he could see it. So I put the food into a bag and took it to the restaurant. The waiter refused to talk to me until I set the dirty bag on the counter. he decided to pay attention to me. Then instead of speaking to me he calls one of the sushi chefs form behind the bar in their native tongue to root through the trash. When he could not see the hair in the trash he went back to the sushi bar and went back to work with out washing his hands. Then proceeded to tell me that since I did not take a picture of the hair in the soup or sushi that he was not going to refund me even though he had the soup and other sushi that he made incorrectly.

Had office team meeting and we were all served no errors in an hour, great customer service, ambiance, love the waterfall, will be returning!!

We were there for 30 minutes and no service whatsoever. No drinks, nothing. No one even looked at us! We had to aske the hostess three times to get us a server, she just looked at us and didn't do or say anything! We finally walked out! No appology whatsoever, they didn't even care! Horrible!
