Westshore Consulting has been approved by the Michigan Department of Transportation for providing testing for soils, aggregate , asphalt and concrete applications. It has a staff of technicians who are certified by Bituminous Construction Engineering. In addition, Westshore Consulting has a staff of certified operators for privately owned and operated type I, II and III residential water systems. It maintains locations in Muskegon, Grand Haven and Manistee, Mich.
