I was very impressed! My regular salon (for which I had an appointment) was not honoring my scheduled time, and was, in fact, taking walk-ins ahead of me. Frustrated, I called Pearl Nails, and they got me right in, were very accommodating, and didn't rush through my pedicure or nail appointment. They made sure I was happy. My former salon lost a loyal customer.

DON'T waste your money! Horrible! Got right in for a gel fill, but didn't get right out. Took almost 2 hours. Kept screwing up a simple fill with pink polish and white tips. Finally had to break down and agree to shellac (more expensive) so I could leave. Nails still looked terrible (uneven) and multiple fingers bleeding. Should have driven to GR and gotten them done right! Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!
