Hackley Community Care Center (HCCC) provides various health care services to individuals and families. The center specializes in family practice, internal medicine and pediatric medicine. Located in Muskegon Heights, Mich., it offers a range of services in the categories of medical, dental services, women's health services, maternal infant health and behavioral health, to name a few. Hackley Community Care Center is a recipient of one of the state's top health care providers by Health Plan of Michigan. The center has accreditation with the Joint Commission of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).
