Like the person in the first review, I have to do business with these people also. I had a car repoed due to insurance. I attempted to pay my insurance in full for 6 months. The payment didnt go through. So they go and repo one of the cars while my daughter had drove it to school. Keep in mind, the payments were not late at all. In order for me to get my car back i had to.... pay the insurance up for 6 months, which is how i pay my insurance anyway. I also had to pay the repo fee. I had to pay two or three payments ahead( not sure which) even though they werent late and it wasnt repoed for non payment. Went to pick up my car in muscle shoals, and the extremely rude lady I was fortunate enough to have help me, wouldnt let me have the car because i had to pay an additional 150.00 dollars to the insurance place before they would release it. Now i agree if you dont keep insurance you shouldnt keep your ride. The problem I have with all of what happened is... I never recieved one phone call from cmm finance or the insurance agent. Nor did i recieve a cancellation of my policy in the mail. All that needed to be done was one of those smart mouthed ladies pick up the phone and say, sir are you aware your insurance has lapsed and if you dont fix it before the day is up, we will have to come get your cars. And i would have fixed it immediately( like i did) and i would have respected and really appreciated them for it. Remember my payments were not late nor had they ever been late up until that time. They treat everyone like they are inferior to them. I feel like they are short and rude to cover up inadequate intelligence!

I currently have 2 cars financed thru CMM, recently I ran into some financial trouble which caused me to be 18 days late on one of my car payments. Long story short I came outside my job to get something out of my car and my car was nowhere to be found! Imagine the embarrassment! Now how does it happen to get my car back I have to pay triple the paymment. No phone call no nothing even tho they will text you in a minute about your payment. So how is it legal to take my car 18 days late??? Oh and when I call about it I was told "we can take it if you are 1 day late". Even tho my credit is shot I still make my payments so why can't I get the same respect of someone with a 700 credit score? When and if I ever get out of debt with these folks I will never do business with them again! Also I've spoke with over 6 people in the last day who have their vehicles financed thru CMM and none were repossessed and had even been 2 months late...

They are the nicest people I have ever done business with. I am thinking all these people that say CMM got smart with them, they may have had a reason. They have worked with me when I lost my job or when I have been sick.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews. They have been great for me. I also couldn't get financing any where else at the time and I needed them. I have heard they have a 'turnover' in employees in the finance office. I know I wouldn't want to have to call people to make payments when they're late. I recommend them.

Called because my payment was 2 weeks late and they were VERY NICE and she did everything she could to help me! After I pay this truck off I will use them again!

Yes I did get a rude phone call, but once I spoke with them they were very helpful and worked with me. She said she understood somethings happen. She looked at my payment history and saw over a 2 yr period I had never been late! I will use them again if need be!!

i will never do buy a nother car from them they are very rude at the office even when i am droping off money. so as for me and my family long lewis and cmm have lost my money for cars

I can't say anything bad about them. They financed me when others wouldn't. As long as you pay them on time, they will not bother you at all. The people on here that talk negative, should be thankful that they financed them, because if it wasn't for CMM they wouldn't have a vehicle. Just pay them like the agreement says and you will have no problems.

Best company in town to buy a car from. CMM is great to deal with, most of the people on here just don't pay their bills and that is why they are angry!

Very rude, they called me if I was even a day late on my payment. Ugly attitudes when I was late but semi-friendly when I brought them lump sums of money. Paid off truck just to get them out of my hair and they said they would send me my title in ten days....that was a month ago. If I can help it, I won't be back!

I completely agree with you, they have had my reposed twice once for the insurance and once for being three weeks late with the payment, mind you, we have to pay every week! I owed them 200 dollars and it cost be a little over 2000 to get my can back from them! I will never finance anything with them ever again!

These people are the worst people ever to finance with they had my car repossessed for no insurance with up to date insurance information in the glove box they are very rude.
