Not at all happy with the service. I have 4 weeks worth of garbage that has yet to be picked up. When I call the office, I get a lady that sounds angry and doesn't seem to care. She tells me someone will pick it up that day. For the past 3 weeks I call twice a week and get the same line every time. On top of that, I've had a busted trash can that I've been trying to get replaced for the last 8 months. I'm to the point of delivering my 4 weeks worth of garbage to their office door and canceling my service. At one point, it had only been once a month or so that garbage pick-up would not happen, but this is ridiculous.

You've got to be kidding!! What kind of business is this anyway? They don't pick up your garbage on time most of the time. G.M. only says things to shut you up for a while and does NOT follow thru with promises to do better. It's been 3 weeks since my garbage has been picked up!! They will NOT get more business from me!! It's not worth the headaches. He complains that he has undependable employees and MANY mechanical issues. With all the people laid off in Muscatine SURELY there are some who'd truly appreciate having a job!! Including the general managers job!! Don't pay for their services - they aren't dependable.

This company has serious management issues. If my garbage gets picked up at all each week it is late 80% of the time. Many weeks it does not get picked up at all. The office tells you what you want to hear but nothing happens. The manager needs to be fired because will not return a phone call. Whoever owns this business should intervene immediately because current management is incompetent

I've done business with these folks since 1986, but am discontinuing service due to frequently missed pickups. Driver is very nice and apologizes, and has even made special trips for me, but office is not so nice, explaining that they have to pay 'tipping fees' at the landfill whether or not they do my pickup. Sorry, but that is their business problem, not mine. I don't know if they keep dropping me from their route list or what the problem is, but the skipping is too frequent. Somehow their bill always seems to find me OK. Maybe the driver should run the company.
