My experience with young sales girl was not so good. Friendly enough but gave us bad information about upgrading a phone. Told us we'd have to pay $80 for a phone I told her I can get online for free. She said she was signed on to my account and that I must be mistaken because there are no more free phones. This is the second experience in a year with the same sales girl with bad information that has left me frustrated. I also witnessed her taking money from a man who wanted to "tip" her for her help. Thought that was wrong.

What an awesome store, was in and out, Very knowledgeable staff, very friendly. Would recommend it to everyone. Bought a Droid X & love it! Thanks Allan!

I'm not one to normally take the time our of my busy schedule to leave a review, but I was so taken aback by the quality of customer service I received at the Murrysville location I simply had to let someone know... My husband and I initially went there one day to explore options on whether or not we should make the switch from At&t and left still feeling on the fence about the decision. The next day, however, still very indecisive we somewhat reluctantly returned and found Allen who was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and concerns about the plans and phones. He treated us with such respect and made us feel like his number one client. Several people filtered into the store while there asking specifically for him and I can certainly understand why. Even with the demand for his time by other customers, he still somehow managed to make us feel attended to and as if we were still his only client there. He even went above and beyond the call of duty!

Walked into the store to get my phone fixed and talked with Alan for about 30 minutes. Very nice guy, very knowledgable about phones. If you go to this store you really need to talk to him. You will for sure love him. Thanks Alan for the awesome service.

Great store! No wait lines like Monroeville! Everyone who helped me was great and very knowledgeable about their products! Would recommend it to everyone!

Was driving in the Murrysville area, did not know they were here. To my surprise i stopped in and was greeted very warmly, had issues with my phone they were very prompt in helping with such issues. Would go back when I am ready for my upgrade. Thank you so much for all of your help.
