Cheaply built property. There is no insulation between the floors of the apartments, its like living in one big house and you have your own room. You can hear every inch of your neighbors life, and if your neighbors are rude and tacky you're screwed. The parking is terrible, alot of the residents use their garages for storage and take up the spaces. The weight room is outdated with ridiculous equipment can cause you harm, I mean the equipment is terrible and it's not properly sanitized. If the person before you doesn't wipe off the machine, you're subject to catch whatever communicable disease remains alive through the sweat and body fluids they left behind. They can at least put up an antibacterial wipe machine so residents don't have to come in contact with other's DNA. There have been four apartment managers in the last three years. The water and trash bill is high, contracted out of Detroit and forces you to pay a service fee each month over three dollars for "general purpose".

There is not enough parking in this complex. There is also no parking on the streets right outside this complex anywhere. If you park in the red zones you will be towed. If you park outside the complex you will get a ticket from Murrieta Police Department. I do not recommend anyone who has visitors move here because this apartment complex is not visitor friendly.

I have lived at Vista Point for almost a year now. Everyone here is friendly and the service is great. Highly recommended
