DONT USE THEM FOR TILE INSTALLATION! If you want to reseal your travertine tile (plumber and baseboard installer was walking on the floor 10 mins after sealant was applied), sealant was not applied correctly; we have pencil and swirl marks; dull and shinning spots; tile needs to be resealed (Royalty Stone offered to apply a 2nd coat no way are they coming back); baseboards installed 4 areas did not use silicone to hide the gaps nor patch, sand, paint after installing to hide finishing nails; Royalty Stone was rude and accused my wife of being abusive to the tile installer when she had no contact with him the whole day until found out we had no work working toilet and plumber would be out next day 9:00 Noon; I hired plumber that night to install one toilet; missing transition piece, Royalty Stone what did you do with it. ; tile installer took it with him because the end piece was damaged; One tile is higher in master bathroom and needs to be paired; more to say....

The only guys in town that did not have my calls go to voicemail!! They were quick to come and give me an in home estimate, were very professional and answered all my Q's. My kitchen was COMPLETELY REMODELED in less that 2 weeks! Beautifully detailed work, I love my granite and freshly refaced cabinets

Best kitchen remodeling experience ever! Their staff was very friendly kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how quickly the job was done and they helped me pick a beautiful design that I hadn't thought of.

Craftsmanship highly NOT recommended. We had several problems that cannot be repaired, so we insisted to have a new granite backsplash slabs put in. We have visible seems everywhere!

After 5 years of thinking and talking about remodeling our 80 style master bathroom we finally made the move and asked around, several friends told us about Royalty Stone. From the beginning they listened to our needs and wants they communicated flawlessly. We had granite countertops, back splash,tile and a new bath tub intalled. The crew that was brought in was phenomenal from start to finish. We couldn't be more thrilled with the finished product.
