Dr Nguyen takes his time with you and no question is a bad one. He is very personable and takes a keen interest in you when it comes to your health. Also, he doesn't keep you waiting forever in his waiting room. He calls you himself to give you the results of any tests that were done on you. So much nicer than either an impersonal letter or hearing that "everything is OK" from one of his staff.
