CVAC Systems, Inc and Compass Equity Group, Inc announce the completion of a leasing agreement which, at full execution, could encompass a total of 70 CVAC systems. The agreement provides Complete Clinics LLC, an investment of Compass Equity Group Inc with five-year exclusive rights to operate CVAC systems in commercial medical weight loss centers in Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Ohio, North Carolina and Florida. The initial two installations of CVAC systems into Complete Clinics Medical Weight Loss Centers are planned before the end of first-quarter 2010.Since spring of 2009, CVAC Systems has been building and leveraging sales in wellness and athletic conditioning while seeking strategic partners and grant funding for clinical studies to investigate the efficacy of the Cyclic Variations in Altitude Conditioning ( CVAC ) process in treating metabolic disorders, glucose homeostasis and diabetic peripheral neuropathy."It is well understood that weight gain and difficulty losing weight are intimately related to the body's resistance to insulin ( insulin resistance ).
