poor customer svce. husband has gone 5 days without the oxygen. The machine to refill is not working a of promises but no phone call or person showing up to check the machine. i have never dealt with poor customer svce as this company is shown. if they do not show up the insurance commission of Ca. will be called Hi life is on the line..
