My family just came back from our vacation in Garden City. On our last night there we decided to go out and have seafood. I had seen Sara J's mentioned as a top seafood restaurant, so we decided to check it out. The food was great and the service was wonderful. There were 10 of us and we all raved about what we had eaten. Our waiter kept our glasses full and brought us several baskets of delicious hush puppies while we waited for our food to arrive. We arrived around 5pm and only had to wait about 30min. When we left, we noticed that the lines were much longer.(they open at 4pm) The price was typical for seafood, about $20 per person. My family all agreed, next time we visit the area Sara J's will be on our list of stops.
