I had back surgery and it was covered by workers compensation and it was nearly impossible to get an appointment to see my therapist Andrew Frost. And then when i did not get in for a few weeks he wrote called workers comp and told them to stop my pool therapy and therapy all together becasue i was not improving fast enough to keep going. First of all Andrew was very prejudice since he was a strong LDS man and i was not of the LDS faith and he treated me and looked down on me the whole time but i ignored it. And then Joanie and him got together and had my whole therapy canceled even though my physicians still wrote me prescriptions as they wanted me to still keep going, but Joanie who deals with the billing with workers comp went around my doctors and called and had Andrew the physical therapist and Joanie who knows nothing about therapy stop my therapy program. Very unprofessional and prejudice. Stay away from Joanie if your on workers compensation as she ignores your doctors orders and Andrew cares little for the patient as he is always out having babies as he has already 8 . The best person in the whole building is Ashley who is the therapist in the pool she will go the extra mile for you . The rest are worthless in the pool. Jamie and her heavey set partner are the reason i am not better when ashley worked with me i improved.
