i have stayed at this super 8 4 times. the first 2 times we had no problems, the last 2 times the room was cold when we went in and both heaters were set on high heat and as warm as the knob would turn. we pulled blankets off of other bed to stay warm and were still cold. i called to speak with general manager and it has been almost a month for him to get me a check back for the last night i stayed there. this place needs lots of updating and i know that they are working on it but the owner seems to be giving his general manager a run around ( or so the general manager says) on making customers happy. until this place gets their ducks in a row, i WOULD NOT tell anyone to stay there.
