General Info

As a very active 61 years young woman, I am very conscious of body usage. I am a firm believer in holistic medicine, good diet and fitness as well as that massage is necessary in maintaining both physical and mental health. Along with the importance of service and compassion, my intention is to empower my clients with the opportunity to not only participate in the healing aspects of the therapies I provide but in time to take personal responsibility for their own health and well being.
