We had an appointment set up and even called the day before and got a confirmation. Still waiting on a tech/call. AWFUL customer service.

Have used them for several years, now. I have found them to be very responsive and very competent. The tech who usually services me home, Don, could not be nicer. The scheduler, Angie, is also a peach.

I called Mundys on Friday....theguy came out said I needed a ne 1200.00 compressor. Said they would call Monday it's Wednesday and still no call.Needless to say I was smart enough to get a 2nd opinion and only had a leak. I would never refer anyone to mundys.

They installed my central heating and a/c unit approximately 5 years ago and it worked fine. Even had annual servicing done by them in timely manner. However this month I had a real emergency and they put me on the back burner and totally ignored me completely. Also the woman who answers the phone is very rude. Awful company and the type of business that gives Murphy a bad name!

I was extremely disappointed with this company. When our a/c failed I called them to arrange a service call. They sent a service person to inspect our unit and told us we needed a new compressor and would call us with an estimate for replacement. Two days have passed and no one from the company has called us even though I called them this morning and they said they would get back to me today. Well, I guess they don't really care if we have to endure the upcoming heat spell without a/c. I told them I am 64 and need it fixed but that seems to be unimportant to them. Save your money, try someone else. I know we are.

Called Mundy because my regular HVAC company did not have an emergency number. They came out right away -- at 7PM -- across icy/snowy roads to fix out furnace. The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. He tested the system and within 20 minutes replaced the igniter. Heat back on immediately. Emergency charge was reasonable. Thanks Mundy for being there when the temps were dropping to 13 degrees.
