Amongst several other things that I do not have room to mention, the nurse Latonia and male nurse Will Patterson shouldn't be trusted to care for even your plants. This facility knowingly let my grandfather sit there with a horrible infection. If it wasn't for my family being proactive, they would have let him die of infection. They had the results indicating the infection on a Saturday morning, and until my family demanded an ambulance on Sunday, they were doing NOTHING. His white blood cell count and blood pressure were dangerously low when he arrived at the hospital for care. He was at Munster MedInn for less than a week, and almost died. Before he arrived at this facility he was making vast strides since his stroke and wasclose to coming home. Within five days he had an awful infection, was not given any therapy like originally promised, and Will Patterson laughed while contacting the doctor on the morning my uncle came in to find my grandfather confused and unresponsive. AWFUL!!!

My grandfather was transferred here from St. Margaret's Rehabilitation center temporarily to continue rehabilitation in order to bring him home shortly. My family was assured that rehabilitation would be taking place daily, and everyone seemed so friendly. He arrived on a Tuesday morning with plenty of time to take part in therapy. However, no therapy or rehabilitation took place Tuesday or Wednesday. On Wednesday my mom noticed that he was not looking well, and he stated he was cold. On Thursday when she arrived he wasnt dressed and was lying flat on his back in bed. She asked his nurse, Latonia, why he was not in therapy and she said he refused, which is very unlike my grandfather. Shortly after this, he began choking, and my mother sat him up and called for help. The nurse, Latonia, ran in with a male CNA to help. My grandfather vomited phlegm, which Latonia stated was probably due to the air conditioner. My grandfather told us that he repeatedly told the nurse he was cold and she
