Midwest EMI Associates was founded in 1990 to serve the testing needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the Chicago area. Since then, the business has served hundreds of customers nationwide and expanded its facilities twice. The business has state-of-the-art test equipment in its facility, and employs three engineers for testing purposes. Midwest EMI's customers find it convenient to have a test facility close by, with personalized service. The business has recently expanded into the field of general safety testing, through its recognized status by NEMKO. Now Midwest EMI's customers can receive CE-Mark certification and market their products in Europe. Midwest EMI also performs design consulting services, and is often called upon as an expert witness in legal proceedings because of its expertise in medical device testing and failure analysis.
